Co-Dependent Gloves

Technology, in its efforts to facilitate independence, often inadvertently increases distance between human beings.

I created the Co-Dependent Gloves as a retaliation against self-heating gloves. The Co-Dependent Gloves require the wearer to hold hands with someone else in order to heat up the gloves. The palm of the gloves contain magnets. When two people hold hands, the magnets connect and complete a circuit which triggers the warming of both gloves. Being warm requires holding hands.
